What idiot would be THAT stupid to have a grenade in their luggage, regardless of whether it's live or not!!! He should be detained just for being that stupid and given an enema for good measure. It's no wonder people from other countries think we're stupid....it's numb nuts like this one that give us all a bad name. Sell him on international ebay!

Thank you, TSA for protecting us from some guy carrying a non-explosive device, who you've already determined is such a huge threat that he's already been released and has yet to be charged with anything. This will no doubt make your top ten "wins" list for 2012. I mean, just think of what would have happened had the TSA not been around to stop him...

... well, OK, the only differences would probably be the moron wouldn't have missed his flight, the terminal wouldn't have been shut down, we'd spend a few billion dollars/year less, waste a few million man hours/day less getting through security, nobody would worry about being fondled or irradiated, and there wouldn't be a news story... but still: Thanks for catching all those terrorists!

(OK, actually the TSA hasn't caught any terrorists despite 10+ years of trying, but they might someday. It is theoretically possible.)
